How long does the audit take?
For most B2B SaaS sites (under 5,000 URLs), we deliver in 3–5 weeks. Enterprise engagements with larger or multi-domain sites may take longer, depending on the scope.
What access do you need?
Read-only access to Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, your CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce), and your SEO tools (Ahrefs, SE Ranking, or similar). We also need your sitemap or a list of URLs to crawl.
How much of my time will this take?
Minimal. We work autonomously after an initial kickoff call. You'll spend about 30–45 minutes on kickoff to align on goals and walk us through your keyword themes, personas, and how you think about your content. From there, we handle the rest until the findings presentation.
Will this disrupt anything on my site?

It's a weighted composite score (0% to 100%) that measures each page's contribution to your pipeline. Unlike traditional SEO scores, ours prioritizes MQLs, demo conversions, and AI search performance over traffic and rankings. Scores inform recommendations, but don't dictate them; our team applies strategic judgment to every page.
Do you track AI search traffic?
Yes. We measure sessions and conversions from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Bing AI, and Claude. By default, AI search metrics carry 40% of the total weight in our scoring mode, but can be customized based on your priorities.
What happens after the audit?
You'll have a clear roadmap that your team can execute. If you want help implementing, we offer ongoing SEO and content optimization retainers. But there's no obligation; the audit stands alone as a deliverable.
