NICE is a proven leader in the CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) industry, trusted by industry-leading corporations worldwide. In an effort to build trust with their ICP through paid channels, DRA was tasked with creating case study-focused ads, promoting the value they provided to their clients.

Since paid social has been an effective medium for NICE ad efforts, we decided to lean into producing motion-based ads, a type of creative ad asset that has proven successful across social channels. Out of various concepts, carousel-style motion ads have been the most effective, combining high-energy music and voiceovers with messaging that illustrates high-impact results with global giants.
